Box of Poems Workshop, April 13th and 20th at 4:30pm

April is National Poetry Month! Learn how to craft your very own box of poems!

This is a 2 part workshop led by Alice Porter.

Part 1 - April 13th: Participants will be given materials and instruction to make an accordion book inside a cardboard jewelry box. Participants will then be introduced to five different poem formats and how to write them.

Part 2 - April 20th: Participants will add the poem(s) they’ve written and complete their books with final embellishments and decorations.
