PFD forms - Now Available!

• Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend forms are located across from the Circulation Desk at the library (from Jan 1 - March 31). 
• To apply for a PFD online, go to Alaska Department of Revenue - Permanent Fund Dividend 
• The PFD application period ends 11:59PM March 31

1040 & 1040-SR Tax Forms - Arriving soon

• The library will have 1040 7 1040-SR tax forms available across from the Circulation Desk
• All other tax forms are available here. 
• The IRS filing deadline is April 15
