- Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend forms are located on the Reference Desk at the library (from Jan 1 - March 31).
- To apply for a PFD online, go to Alaska Department of Revenue - Permanent Fund Dividend
- The PFD application period ends 11:59PM March 31
