SUBJECT: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Homer, Alaska, amending Homer City Code regarding appeals procedures found in Chapter 21.93.

The Homer Advisory Planning Commission has reviewed and refined recommendations of the City Attorney for amendment of the code regarding appeals found in title 21. The Commission held a public hearing on June 2, 2010. The pertinent portion of the minutes from that meeting is attached for your information.

Recommendation:

The Homer Advisory Planning Commission recommends the Homer City Council adopt the ordinance as proposed.
