SUBJECT: NOVEMBER CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE

It was brought to my attention the sole November meeting is scheduled for Monday of Thanksgiving week. Cognizant of Council, staff, and the community’s holiday schedules, Council may consider rescheduling the meeting to November 18.
Traditionally there is only one meeting scheduled for November since the Alaska Municipal League Annual Conference is scheduled for the second week of the month.

RECOMMENDATION:
Amend the 2013 Meeting Schedule to reschedule the November City Council meeting to November 18th due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
