SUBJECT: Capital Improvement Plan Development
It is time to start the process of identifying and prioritizing projects for inclusion in the 2016-2021 Capital Improvement Plan. This process involves the public, the Council, the advisory commissions, and local non-profit organizations and agencies. Council approval of the CIP schedule is the first step in the process.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve 2016-2021 Capital Improvement Planning Process and FY 2017 Legislative Request Development Schedule.
