SUBJECT: AMENDMENTS TO THE BEACH POLICY
At the February 22, 2016 meeting the Council adopted Ordinance 16-05(S-2)(A-2) amending provisions of operating, stopping, or parking a motor vehicle within and upon the beach areas.
Resolution 16-029 incorporates those amendments into the Beach Policy to define the areas where motor vehicles are permitted.
