SUBJECT:          MARIJUANA PROHIBITION PETITION          

An application for initiative petition to prohibit marijuana establishments was filed March 3, 2016. The Clerk found the application was in proper form and issued an initiative petition for the sponsors to obtain signatures. The deadline to return the initiative petition to prohibit marijuana establishments was June 23, 2016. No petition was filed.
