SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO AS 44.62.310 (A-C)(3), MATTERS WHICH BY LAW, MUNICIPAL CHARTER, OR ORDINANCE ARE REQUIRED TO BE CONFIDENTIAL (CHRISTOPHER ROBINSON REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF PENALTIES FOR NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION SPECIAL ASSESSMENT).
Pursuant to Council’s Operating Manual – “Any Councilmember, the Mayor or City Manager may place consideration of an executive session on the agenda…”
At the January 23, 2017 council meeting the City Council approved a motion to postpone the decision of Christopher Robinson’s request for waiver of penalties for natural gas distribution special assessment. The Council moved to hold an Executive Session regarding “Christopher Robinson Request for Waiver of Penalties for Natural Gas Distribution Special Assessment” for the Regular Meeting of February 13, 2017. This has been publicly and internally noticed since that time.
City Attorney Wells will be present.
RECOMMENDATION:
Discuss the request for Executive Session and determine if an Executive Session is needed. If approved, conduct the Executive Session in the Conference Room.
