Bayview Park

Bayview Park has long been a popular local neighborhood park situated in close proximity to more front doors than any park in town. It's fenced in layout make it safe for young children at play, while it's sweeping views make it a pleasure for the whole family to spend time together outdoors. In 2021 the existing playground equipment was deemed unsafe for use under inspection standards and removed. Since then, the community has been working to define the course moving forward with this park, and identify funding opportunities that would assist us with this goal.

The City has four identified funding sources that will combine with the current park plan developed with the assistance of Corvus Design, LLC to bring a whole new park and playground to life during the 2024 construction season.
