PUBLIC NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROCESS FOR CITIZEN COMMENTS AT MARCH 25, 2020

PORT & HARBOR ADVISORY COMMISSION MEETING

The Port & Harbor Advisory Commission will meet on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. Because the City of Homer is currently experiencing a declared public health emergency, alternate methods for providing Citizen Comments have been created:​

How To Submit Your Citizen Comments

Email your written Citizen Comments to rkrause@ci.homer.ak.us Emails received by 5:00 p.m. on today, Wednesday, March 25, 2020 will be read aloud to the Commission by the Deputy City Clerk.

You can Fax your written comments to 907-235-3143

Citizen Comments will be delivered to Commission in the order they were received by the Deputy City Clerk. All Citizen Comments will be timed and limited to three minutes, as usual.

City Hall will be open at 4:50 p.m. with limited seating to accommodate social distancing. There will be a microphone available if you wish to testify in person, however If you have recently traveled outside or to a location in Alaska with an active case of COVID-19, or if you are sick, please self-isolate and do not come to City Hall.  Use the alternative options to participate listed above.
