Reserve a Park Pavilion

Pavilions and/or gazebos are available to reserve  at Karen Hornaday Park, Bishop's Beach, WKFL Park, Mariner Park, and the Kachekmak Bay Water Trail Pavilion. The Boathouse Pavilion does not take reservations and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to any event or activity that is open to the public.

The public is also free to use all pavilions and gazebos on a first-come, first-serve basis unless a private group or event has reserved them. Reservation notices will be posted at the park facility on the day of the reservation.

Large-scale public events may require a Special Event Permit; you can fill out the interactive questionnaire on the Special Event Permit Information Page to determine if one is required.

Any event sanctioned by the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District is exempt from any reservation fees, to make a reservation please call 907-435-3139.

To reserve one of the pavilions:

1. Go HERE to LOG IN/CREATE AN ACCOUNT
2. Once you have created an account, click on PAVILION RENTALS
3. Select a pavilion location: Bishop's Beach, Kachemak Water Trail Pavilion, Karen Hornaday, Mariner Park Gazebo, and WKFL Park
4. Review pavilion calendar and submit your reservation and payment ($25 for 4 hours)
5. You should receive a reservation & payment conformation through email
