RESOLUTION 10-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE RENEWAL OF THE JAIL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR FY 2011 WITH THE STATE OF ALASKA IN THE AMOUNT OF $416,244.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, The Jail Contact with the State of Alaska generates $416,244.00 in revenue for the City of Homer and is budgeted; and
WHEREAS, Police Chief Robl recommends approval and acceptance of this renewal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, approves and accepts the renewal of the Jail Service Contract for FY 2011 with the State of Alaska in the amount of $416,244.00 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 14th day of June, 2010.
