RESOLUTION 11-045

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE DEEP WATER DOCK SECURITY GATE AND CAMERA SYSTEMS PROJECT TO OF , , IN THE AMOUNT OF $ AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, The Invitation to Bid was advertised in the Homer News on March 24, and 31, 2011, in the Peninsula Clarion on March 27, 2011 and posted on the City’s website; and

WHEREAS, Sealed bids were due by 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2011; and

WHEREAS, and bids were received that meet or exceed the basic requirements; and

WHEREAS, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the Deep Water Dock Security Gate and Camera Systems project; and

WHEREAS, This award is not final until written notification is received by , from the City of Homer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, hereby awards the contract for the Deep Water Dock Security Gate and Camera Systems project to , of _____, _________________ in the amount of $ and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.
