RESOLUTION 11-093

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE CITY OWNED DREDGE SPOILS TO THE FIRM OF _________________ OF __________, ___________, IN THE AMOUNT OF $________ AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, The Invitation to Bid was advertised in the Homer News on September 8 and 15, 2011 and posted on the City’s website as required by the City’s Procurement Manual; and

WHEREAS, _______ bids were received and __________________ was determined to be the lowest responsive bidder for the dredge spoils; and

WHEREAS, ____________ bid $________ per cubic yard for _________ cubic yards; and

WHEREAS, This award is not final until written notification is received by ___________________ of _______________, ___________________, from the City of Homer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, approves the contract award for the City Owned Dredge Spoils to the firm of ____________________ of ________________, _________________, in the amount of _________, and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.
