RESOLUTION 12-002

A RESOLUTION OF THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENTS OF REGINA MAURAS AS TREASURER AND LAURIE MOORE AS DEPUTY TREASURER FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2012.

WHEREAS, Homer City Code §1.34.010 states that the Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the City Manager, that the Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer shall be confirmed by the Council annually during the first meeting in January and whenever the appointment becomes vacant or whenever the City Manager deems it appropriate to change the appointment; and

WHEREAS, Pursuant to HCC §1.34.010, City Manager Walt Wrede hereby provides notice of the appointment of Regina Mauras as Treasurer and Laurie Moore as Deputy Treasurer for Calendar Year 2012.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, confirms the appointments of Regina Mauras as Treasurer and Laurie Moore as Deputy Treasurer for the Calendar Year 2012.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 9th day of January, 2012.
