RESOLUTION 15-044
 

A RESOLUTION OF THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL DISBANDING THE PORT AND HARBOR BUILDING TASK FORCE.

               WHEREAS, The Port and Harbor Building Task Force was formed on June 10, 2013 via Resolution 13-059; and

WHEREAS, The purpose of the Task Force was to seek comment from interested parties and the general public, review existing documents, help develop the request for proposals, review and score construction proposals, act as a sounding board for the architect or design/construction team, review the project scope of work and budget, and make recommendations to the City Council; and

WHEREAS, The Port and Harbor Building Task Force completed the work it was tasked with.

               NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, disbands the Port and Harbor Building Task Force.

               PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 15th day of June, 2015.
