RESOLUTION 15-076

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION BYLAWS TO INCLUDE THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ON THE COMMISSION’S AGENDA.

WHEREAS, The Commission determined it would be appropriate to open their regular and special meetings with the Pledge of Allegiance; and

WHEREAS, The Commission introduced the amendment at their July 14, 2015 regular meeting and approved their amendment at a second meeting on August 11, 2015 in accordance with their bylaws.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Homer City Council hereby amends the Economic Development Advisory Commission Bylaws to include the Pledge of Allegiance on the Commission’s agenda.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 24TH day of August, 2015.
