RESOLUTION 15-085(S)

A RESOLUTION OF THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL AWARDING THE SALE OF THE WADDELL WAY CABINS TO GUY ROSSI OF HOMER, ALASKA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $92,789.91 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, In accordance with the Procurement Policy the Invitation to Bid was advertised in the Homer Tribune on September 9 and 16, 2015 and posted on the Clerk's home page; and

WHEREAS, Bids were due by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2015 and five bids (one non-compliant) were received by the City Clerk's Office; and

               WHEREAS, Guy Rossi was determined to be the high responsive bidder; award of the bid was determined by the Public Works Director to be in the best interest of the City; and

WHEREAS, This award is not final until written notification is received by Guy Rossi.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, approves the sale of the Waddell Way Cabins to Guy Rossi, in the amount of $92,789.91 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.

               PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 28th day of September, 2015.
