RESOLUTION 18-071

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING THE HOMER PUBLIC LIBRARY CIRCULATION POLICY, DISPLAY AND EXHIBIT POLICY AND USER CONDUCT POLICY.

WHEREAS, The Circulation Policy was last amended in June 2014 and the Display and Exhibit Policy and User Conduct Policy were last amended in January 2012; and

WHEREAS, The Library Director recommended amendments and updates to these policies to the Library Advisory Board; and

WHEREAS, The Library Advisory Board reviewed and approved the amendments to the policies at their August 7 and September 4, 2018 regular meetings; and

WHEREAS, The amended policies are included as Attachments A, B, and C.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska hereby amends the Homer Public Library Circulation Policy, Display and Exhibit Policy, and User Conduct Policy.              

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 10th day of September, 2018.
