City of Homer 2019 Adopted Budget

Attached below is the City of Homer fiscal year 2019 Operating and Capital Budget.  The budget contains detailed information regarding every fund, department and division of the City of Homer.  It sets forth the means for providing essential services and implementing the initiatives and goals set by City Council and City Departments for the upcoming year.

How to Establish Service 

Signing up for Water/Sewer services is easy. The staff at City Hall makes it easy to establish service in your new home or business.

  1. Bring a photo ID
  2. Fill out the paperwork and pay the fees and a deposit ($155.89 for residential customers).

• Single Family/Duplex $300
• Multi-Family/Commercial/Industrial $375

Join a Community Conversation about the HERC Final Recommendation Report

The Homer Education and Recreation Complex (HERC) Task Force recently completed a six- month study of the HERC facility.  The public is invited to learn more about the Task Force final report and join the conversation about HERC possibilities and challenges.

Associated Fees

If facility is not left as found an additional fee of up to $60.00 may be applied.
If any electronics are used during the facility use: $30.00 IT setup fee for use during business hours Additional $50.00 per hour if equipment is used after-hours, includes staff supervision for use after hours
