The final beach policy defining where people may drive on local beaches passed at the February 22^nd Homer City Council meeting and went into effect February 23^rd, 2016.   

Ordinances 16-05(S-2)(A-2) and 16-13 prohibit driving or parking on all City beaches and storm berms with the following exceptions:
