Winter Metered Power Program

If you are looking for power while mooring in the harbor for the winter, the annual Winter Metered Power Program gives you the opportunity to use one of the power stalls with dedicated meters that become vacant during the winter months. This program is open to both Reserved stall lessees and transient vessels. Please note that you will be responsible for relocating your vessel if the assigned stall holder returns to the harbor.

Power stall assignment starts in the beginning of October and winter power rates go into effect October 16th.

Moorage Permit

A Moorage Permit is required for every vessel that will be mooring in the harbor overnight or longer.  Please fill out the following form and return to the Port & Harbor Office

M/S Amsterdam

The 781' cruise ship M/S Amsterdam will be visiting Homer every two weeks throughout the summer.  See it at the Deep Water Dock.
