2018-2023 Capital Improvement Plan
Attached is the City of Homer's 2018-2023 Capital Improvement Plan, or CIP for short.
The CIP provides information on capital projects identified as priorities for the Homer community. The projects included in the City of Homer’s 2108-2023 CIP were compiled with input from the public, area-wide agencies, and City staff, as well as various advisory commissions serving the City of Homer.
Descriptions of City projects include cost and schedule information and a designation of Priority Level 1 (highest), 2, or 3. Projects to be undertaken by the State of Alaska and other non-City organizations are included in the CIP in separate sections. An overview of the City's capital project financing assumptions can be found in the Appendix.
