Elevator renovations are underway at City Hall. During the renovation work, noise levels in the Planning Department can make phone conversations challenging. If you reach our voicemail during regular working hours, please leave a message and we'll get back to you.

The elevator work is scheduled to be completed by February 25th -- anyone needing to access services on a different City Hall floor during this time--no worries. We'll come to you. Thanks for your patience!
