Public Input Sought on Area Public Transportation Needs
CARTS, the Central Area Rural Transit System, is developing a transit service plan and wants to know how public transportation can serve you better.
The Independent Living Center invites Homer residents to give their input on transportation needs of the southern Kenai Peninsula at a Community Open House being held in Cowles Council Chambers on Monday, March 5th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
ILC staff encourages residents to drop in any time during the open house to talk to the planning team , "a dream team of transportation consultants," ask questions and tell them what improvements are important to you! This is Homer's opportunity to weigh in on public transportation needs.
