Youth Fitness Class

A FREE Strength and Conditioning Program for high school students designed to increase athleticism and sports performance.  For all high school participants not just those who are involved with sports. Classes taught by Recreation Programmer Rafael de la Uz.  Please bring clean indoor shoes and water bottle bottle.  Everyone must register in advance. Questions? We require a minimum of TWO participants for the class to go. Call or text 299-8954.
