Water and Sewer Rates
How to Establish Service
Signing up for Water/Sewer services is easy. The staff at City Hall makes it easy to establish service in your new home or business.
- Bring a photo ID
- Fill out the paperwork and pay the fees and a deposit ($155.89 for residential customers).

Water and Sewer Rates
The Homer City Council adopted Ordinance 24-25 to amend the Water and Sewer Rates and update the City Fee Schedule accordingly. Per this Ordinance, these rates will go into effect on July 15, 2024.
