Community Defined - Office Hours for Youth Support

Looking for support or resources? Stop by the library’s meeting room on Wednesdays between 12-2pm for Community Defined office hours.

• Ask about public assistance & Youth support
• Take a break
• Get help with applications & forms

For folks ages 16 - 24.

Community Defined works to reduce the impact and occurrence of youth homelessness. The work in partnership with South Peninsula Behavioral Health Services and are funded under the Youth Homeless Demonstration Project (YHDP). Community Defined believes that housing is a human right, and that homelessness can only be solved with community.
