Early & Absentee Voting

Going to be out of town or unavailable on Election Day for the State Primary, Municipal Elections or the General Election in November?  You can still vote!

City/Borough Election: Beginning Monday, September 22nd Absentee In-Person Voting will be conducted at City Hall Cowles Council Chambers at 491 E Pioneer Avenue in Homer. This will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through Election Day October 7th.

Shellfish South Slope Water Main Extension and Shellfish Avenue PRV Project

Sealed bids for the construction of the Shellfish/South Slope Water Main Extension and Shellfish Avenue PRV Project 2016 will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, City of Homer, 491 E Pioneer Avenue, Homer, Alaska, until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2016 in the City Hall Conference room 491 E. Pioneer Avenue, upstairs, to answer bidder's questions.
