Early & Absentee Voting
Going to be out of town or unavailable on Election Day for the State Primary in August or the Municipal and General Elections in November? You can still vote!
Primary: Beginning Monday, August 3rd, Absentee In-Person Voting for the State Primary will be conducted at City Hall Cowles Council Chambers 491 E Pioneer Avenue in Homer. This will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through Election Day August 18th.
City/Borough and State General Elections: Beginning Tuesday, October 20th, Absentee In-Person Voting will be conducted at City Hall Cowles Council Chambers at 491 E Pioneer Avenue in Homer. This will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through Election Day November 3rd.
If you are going to be out of town and unavailable to vote in person at City Hall, you may also apply for an absentee ballot via mail or electronic transmission at https://my.kpb.us/vote or through the City Clerk's Office, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. By Mail applications deadlines can be found here.
