The City Council will have a work session with Port and Harbor Commission, and City Staff on Friday, April 28^th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers to develop a project charter for the Homer Harbor Expansion. The charter will help define success and outline the mission and goals of the Homer Harbor Expansion study and concurrent efforts to investigate the potential to expand the Homer Harbor.
