City Council Work Session
Calendar Date:
The City Council will have a work session with Port and Harbor Commission, and City Staff on Friday, April 28th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers to develop a project charter for the Homer Harbor Expansion. The charter will help define success and outline the mission and goals of the Homer Harbor Expansion study and concurrent efforts to investigate the potential to expand the Homer Harbor. The intent of the charter is to align City and community leadership with the Homer Harbor Expansion direction and serve as a foundation for guiding decisions as the study advances. This work session will be open to the public for viewing with an opportunity for public comment at the end of the work session.
