Yoga for Teens and Tweens - June Session

A Summer@HPL 2024 Event! 

In this 1 hour class you will learn some yoga basics; how to breathe in a way that helps you feel calm and centered, how to increase your flexibility, strength and balance with stretches, and how to focus your mind with very simple meditation techniques.
