Fairview

At .4 mile, Fairview Trail runs from the high school to Main Street.  Part of this trail follows Fairview Ave. 

Calhoun

Calhoun Trail was built by the Boy Scouts and connects Fairview Avenue to Bayview Ave. 

Beluga Slough

Beluga Slough Trail is a 1.2 mile loop trail that winds along lower Beluga Slough, a salt marsh where the freshwater of Beluga Lake mixes with Kachemak Bay's ocean water at high tides.  It offers excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and scenic views across Kachemak Bay.

Woodside

Woodside Park is a .05 "pocket park" on the west end of Pioneer Ave. A seasonal bench next to a volunteer maintained garden offers a sitting place on your walk through town.

W.R. Bell

A 2.75 acre undeveloped park off Reber Trail.  W.R.

WKFL (Wisdom, Knowledge, Faith & Love) Park

In downtown Homer at the corner of Pioneer Avenue and Heath Street is WKFL Park (Wisdom, Knowledge, Faith, and Love).

Triangle Park

At the intersection of Lake Street and the Sterling Highway is Triangle Park.

Skate Park

Out in front of the HERC building, next to middle school, is the City of Homers Skate Park. This park has been adopted through the Adopt A Park program by the Homer Elks Lodge, who completed some great renovations in 2018. Safety gear, purchased by the Elks, is available for use at the park through Public Works at 235-3170 or at 3575 Heath Street.

There is also an outdoor basketball court and jungle gym on HERC grounds that are available to the public.

Mariner Park

At the base of the Homer Spit is Mariner Park, offering great day-use and camping opportunities.
