E Bunnell Avenue and Charles Way Water and Sewer Infrastructure Improvements

On May 23, the City’s contractor, Southcentral Construction, began construction on a sewer and water infrastructure improvement project on E Bunnell Avenue, Charles Way, and Allen Way. The primary purpose of this project is to connect properties currently unserved by City water and sewer in Old Town to vital water and sewer system services. These improvements are part of a Special Assessment District initiated by property owners. They are being completed in partnership with the City, which will pay a premium assessment to extend services to Bishop’s Beach Park.
