Absentee Voting in person for the City of Homer and Kenai Peninsula Borough Regular Election will be open Monday, September 18^th through Monday, October 2^nd.  Voters can come to the City Hall Cowles Council Chambers Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Election Day for the City of Homer and Kenai Peninsula Borough regular elections is Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Polls at the following locations will be open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.:

Homer No.  1, 06-230: City Hall Cowles Council Chambers, downstairs in the City Hall Building located at 491 E. Pioneer Avenue. Entrance is located towards the rear of the facility.
