How do I bail someone out?
All person's bailing from the Homer Community Jail must be under a .02% alcohol level. Once the amount of bail is set and there is no third-party custodian requirement, persons can be bailed out with the appropriate amount of cash. The Homer Jail does not accept credit cards, money orders or checks.
A person charged with a crime involving domestic violence, a felony, violating conditions of their release or certain other crimes, may not be eligible for bail until seen by the appropriate judicial officer.
