Itinerant Merchant License Application
Thank you for your interest in doing business in Homer!
Itinerant merchants doing business in Homer are required to be licensed by the City of Homer. Several types of businesses may be categorized as Itinerant Merchants. Please click on ‘Regulations Regarding Itinerant or Transient Merchants’ link below to see if your business fits into this category.
If so, please complete the ‘Itinerant Merchant License Application' below and submit completed application to the Homer Police Department, which processes all applications. Applications will be processed within forty-eight hours of receipt of a completed application.
