SUBJECT: CHANGE REGULAR MEETING TIME FOR THE PERMANENT FUND COMMITTEE TO 5:15 P.M.

On April 20, 2010 during a special meeting of the Permanent Fund Committee, a recommendation was made to change the regular meeting time to 5:15 p.m.

The committee took the following action:

NEW BUSINESS

A. Memorandum from Jo Johnson re: Amend Regular Meeting Times to 5:15 p.m.

Jo Johnson reported there is no formal outline for the Committee’s meeting times, therefore, a memorandum to City Council is the only requirement to amend the meeting times.

JOHNSON/WYTHE – MOVED TO CHANGE THE REGULAR MEETING TIMES TO 5:15 P.M.

There was no discussion.

VOTE: YES. NON OBJECTION. UNANIMOUS CONSENT.

Motion carried.

WYTHE/HARVILLE – MOVED TO PREPARE MEMO TO CITY COUNCIL FOR A 5:15 START TIME FOR QUARTERLY MEETINGS.

There was no discussion.

VOTE: YES. NON OBJECTION. UNANIMOUS CONSENT.

Motion carried.

Recommendation: Approve the recommendation from the Permanent Fund Committee to change the regular meeting time to 5:15 p.m.
