Notice is hereby given that the 22’ sailing vessel Water Rat and 110-foot steel-hull dredge barge, located at Homer, Alaska, will be sold by the City of Homer to the highest bidder as is, together with its equipment, gear, furniture, apparel, fixtures, tackle, boats, machinery, anchors and all appurtenances.
