SUBJECT: CANNABIS ADVISORY COMMISSION BYLAWS
Examples of bylaws from the Advisory Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission and the Library Advisory Board were introduced at the May 28, 2015 regular meeting. The Commission selected to use the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission bylaws as a template believing that it was close in nature to the Cannabis Advisory Commission purpose. The first draft of the Commission bylaws was reviewed and amended at the regular meeting of June 25, 2015 and following a brief discussion regarding formatting and typographical errors the Cannabis Advisory Commission members approved the draft bylaws at the regular meeting on July 23, 2015.
Attached is the final commission approved draft of the proposed bylaws and the excerpts from the minutes regarding bylaws.
