SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO AS 44.62.310 (A-C)(3), MATTERS WHICH BY LAW, MUNICIPAL CHARTER, OR ORDINANCE ARE REQUIRED TO BE CONFIDENTIAL (REVIEW OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR OPERATION OF FISH PUMP SERVICES ON THE FISH DOCK)
Pursuant to Council’s Operating Manual – “Any Councilmember, the Mayor, or City Manager may place consideration of an executive session on the agenda…”
Councilmember Erickson requested an Executive Session regarding “Review of Request for Proposals for Operation of Fish Pump Services on the Fish Dock” for the Special Meeting of March 28, 2017. This has been publicly and internally noticed.
City Manager Koester and Port Director/Harbormaster Hawkins will be present.
City Attorney Wells will not be present.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the request for Executive Session and conduct immediately in the Conference Room.
