RESOLUTION 15-031

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL MENTORSHIP SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF HOMER AND MY:T SOLUTIONS, LLC.

               WHEREAS, Marvin Yoder is an experienced City Manager and offers substantial expertise and knowledge in city government; and

WHEREAS, Marvin Yoder has served as the City of Homer Interim City Manager since January 1, 2015; and

WHEREAS, The City desires to make use of Mr. Yoder’s services and has offered to engage him to render consultative and/or mentorship services; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Yoder desires to accept such an agreement upon the terms and conditions agreed on in the Agreement for Services; and

WHEREAS, The amount the City of Homer agrees to pay to MY:T Solutions, LLC for services will not exceed $5,000; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Yoder’s services will be of benefit to the citizens of the City of Homer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Homer City Council hereby approves an agreement for professional services between the City of Homer and MY:T Solutions, LLC.

                PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 27th day of April, 2015.
