For Land Appraisal Services

The City of Homer, Alaska is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified real estate appraisers for the provision of land appraisal services on an annual and as-needed basis.  It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to have the successful appraiser enter into a 5-year contract with the City of Homer to provide the services outlined in the proposal documents.

A Reserved Stall Moorage Permit is required for every vessel that has a reserved stall lease within the harbor.  If you have been offered a stall or currently have a stall within the Homer Harbor and have not completed a Reserved Stall Moorage Permit yet, please fill out the following form and return to the Port & Harbor Office either in-person, or by faxing, mailing, or scanning and emailing to p

This worksession is for the Annual Spring Park and Beach Walk Through Inspection conducted by the Commission members with Parks staff. This year the Commission chose to visit the following areas:
1. Jack Gist Park
2. Bartlett Street/Pioneer Avenue Restroom Area
3. Main Street Beach Access
4. Crittenden Road beach Access
5. Baycrest Overlook Pullout

The inspection/site visit is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. and will proceed in the order listed above. Each visit is expected to last no more than 20 minutes at each site listed.
