Attached is a summary of all of the Homer Port and Harbor Fees.  Please refer to the Port and Harbor Terminal Tariff for details and official reference.

Are you wondering how much it costs to moor your boat? See the Moorage Rates page for specific daily, monthly, semiannual, and annual rates based on the Length Overall of your boat.

Ice Plant & Fish Dock

Ice Plant Staffed Hours

7 days a week, 8:00 am - 4:00pm (As of April 2025)

Note: There is a $250.00 after hour call-out fee for ice deliveries other than during normal delivery hours.

Moorage Rates

How much does it cost to keep a boat in the harbor? We have several different moorage rates and the most cost-effective rate will depend on the length of your stay. There is no charge for day use of the harbor, moorage fees apply if you are in the harbor between midnight and 8 AM.

Port of Homer Terminal Tariff No. 1

The Terminal Tariff No. 1 is issued by the City of Homer for the purpose of naming Rates, Charges, Rules and Regulations for Wharfage, Terminal Storage, Demurrage and Other Terminal Services and Privileges Defined in the Tariff for the Port of Homer, Alaska.

Deep Water Dock Scheduling

The Deep Water Dock (also known as the Freight Dock) has inside, outer-face, and trestle berth available.  To schedule the use of the dock, please fill out the online form and harbor staff will contact you to finalize the schedule request.  For dockage rates, please see our fee schedule.  Charges for the use of this facility is based on the current Terminal
