Family Story time on the Spit!

Tuesday, July 11th at 10:30am | Weather Permitting!

 

Ages 0-5 and their grown-ups

Join us for a special story time on the Spit! We'll gather at the Boat House Pavilion near the harbor for stories, songs and silliness! 

Find your Voice: Writers Club!

Tuesday, 7/11, Wednesday 7/12, Thursday 7/13 and Tuesday 7/18 from 3:30-5.
 
For kids 9-12! Work with writer Mercedes Harness to create a story from start to finish! Writers may have the option to read their story on public radio, and/or place a completed book in the library for others to read!
 
 

4th of July Parade!

Walk with Friends of the Library, library staff and BOB the Bookmobile in the parade!

On July 4, at 2:30 meet at the Homer High School parking lot with your megaphones and if you want, costumes, ready to walk with BOB! Parade runs from 3-4pm. For more information about the parade, check the Homer Chamber of Commerce website.

Story time at Bishop's Beach!

Weather update: Will proceed as planned! We hope to see you there!

Join us for a special story time at the beach. We’ll read stories and sing about the ocean and the creatures that live there! Meet at the Bishop’s Beach pavilion. The book mobile will be there before story time; stick around after for a walk on the beach!
