"Easy Qigong” also known as Fresh Start Somatics for health and well-being with Kodiak’s Deb McCusker.
Deb McCusker, LMT, CHSE, uses somatic movement to promote healing and positive
expectations towards aging in her bodywork and movement practice, “Fresh Start Somatics.”
Deb discovered Hanna Somatics on a quest to heal her own hip pain and limited mobility. She now helps others find more enjoyment and freedom in their lives using somatic movement to reduce unnecessary tension and re-calibrate mind and body. Fresh Start Somatics is designed specifically for individuals who want to regain control of their bodies, reduce excess tension, and to feel younger & more agile. This workshop is based on the following pandiculate lesson:

Fresh Start Somatics can help you rediscover your natural movements, reduce pain & stiffness, and improve your over-all physical well-being. One session can assist with the following:
• Improve posture and ease back pain
• Optimize reaching and twisting
• Enhance walking
• Enjoy a pain-free neck and shoulders
• Increase body awareness through gentle mindful movement
• Deep relaxation without massage
• Better mobility without stretching
Based in Kodiak, Alaska, Deb loves to share the magic of nature, horses, and Fresh Start Somaticswith folks around the world. Check Deb’s site for client reviews and more info. https://freshstartsomatics.thrivecart.com/somatic-movement-workshop/

Chairs are available and movements can be modified to your needs. Bring a pillow or cushion if necessary. Please wear INDOOR shoes and bring your water bottle.
