Adopted Budget - 2011

The 2011 Budget was adopted by council on December 13, 2010.  Many difficult issues were considered and balanced in developing this budget. 

These issues represent the fiscal challenges that the City of Homer will face both in the coming year and over the next several years.  Those challenges include balancing the budget in a time of declining revenues and increasing demands for services, increasing operating efficiencies sot that the City can do more with less, avoiding major cuts and maintaining a level of service that the public has grown to expect, maintaining a responsible General Fund Reserve, and finding ways to maintain existing depreciation reserves.
