Associated Fees
By initialing next to the following associated fees, you acknowledge the additional room rental costs if applicable.
If facility is not left as found an additional fee of up to $60.00 may be applied.
If any electronics are used during the facility use: $30.00 IT setup fee for use during business hours Additional $50.00 per hour if equipment is used after-hours, includes staff supervision for use after hours
