Homer Early Childhood Coalition is a coalition of local agencies and individuals who support early childhood education. Each year they survey the community and outlying areas to determine early childhood education needs and raise awareness.

Zero to Three is a nonprofit providing parents the knowledge and know-how to nurture early development. Their mission is to ensure that all babies and toddlers have a strong start in life.
