Strength and Conditioning Classes -Drop In

 Fitness Classes with Rafael

Strength is a means to an end, not the ultimate goal. Whether you are a full-time or recreational athlete, a parent trying to keep up with your kids, or an avid gardener, you need POWER, the ability to generate force quickly. In this class, you will develop the strong and resilient body you need and more importantly, learn how to use it.

WHEN: Mondays Wednesdays & Fridays 8-9AM  Starting June 2 to July 30: classes will be on TU/WED/TH same time
